In my view, the Chinese philosophical concept of tiānrén-héyī (Heaven and Man Are United as One) holds that heaven, earth, and humanity form an interconnected whole. This worldview finds practical expression in the principle of tiānshí dìlì rénhé (timing, geography, and human harmony). Tiānshí calls for aligning with natural and historical trends, dìlì for leveraging environmental advantages, and rénhé for uniting people. Together, they create a closed loop of thought and action, guiding us to pursue harmony with nature while mobilizing collective effort—wisdom that remains vital for ecological sustainability and social progress today.
