    A poor boy Pip whose parents are long dead , lived with his ruthless sister and her kind husband Joe. One day he met an escaped convict in the churchyard and was forced to stolen a file and some food for him. All the things PiP stolen are from his sister Mrs.Joe’s kitchen, thus he fretted about it for several days. Later, Pip was taken by Mr. Pumblechook to visit Miss Havisham. During this visit, Pip met and fell in love with Miss Havisham’s adopted daughter -Estella who was very pretty, proud and insulting. Therefore, he felt distressed not only for the injustice he had received, but for the low-lived bad way he was in.
