A journey-A life

《Around the world in 80 days》 written by Verne is rich in plenty of senseful theory about life, I have been fond of some roles since I finished reading it, here I will convey my thought as follows. The leading character is Phileas Fogg who does not have relatives and friends, living in England alone. He is affluent and speaks less often. He is knowledgeable and is familiar with maps. Owing to a bet with Stuart when playing cards, soon after he started his trip with his French servant Passepartout. He is a warm-hearted people though he is in appearance, which can been proved from giving money to a beggar , saving Mrs. Ada. who is forced to die and fights with the robbers. when facing hardships, he always appeared calmly. I admire this quality because no matter when we happen to suffer from difficulty, making ourselves rational and quickly coming up with solutions is important. What’s more, hi is so brave that betting his all possession, enjoying the force of time. Just like the Harvard motto：what you are wasting today is what the dead of yesterday hope for tomorrow. Supposing you accept this challenge, what would you do? Passepartout a man of rich experience, is very faithful and smart people. in the journey, he always brought happy atmosphere. He helped Fogg many times in secret. In India, he acted like soil king and saved the Mrs. Ada. He changed Fix into a good friend of Fogg. gradually, the two people become a life-and-death matter. During our life, maybe we can‘t do as what they do, but we treasure them. the word says: his life can have more possibilities, why would he do this in this way to you？just for “love”. Mrs. Ada.is intellectual female who is Fogg's soul mate. whenever she can give encouragement and comfort. The deepest confession is the longest companion. this style of writing show that author longs for and praises beautiful love. In addition, comparing with the time, Ada is the symbol of goodness, justice and equality. Fix is an arrogant detective. He gave effort to arrest the thief all the time, but wronged a good people. From another inspect, he can realize his fault and correct it. importantly, he is so stubborn that works towards his goal without giving up. I like his humor and struggle. I think the shining point of this book is abundant storylines and sincere feelings. We can seek for these people around us. Answering ourselves, whether do we take them seriously? It is based on our life and show science and truth reflecting it. These persons don't have small mind, sample devotion and happiness. 79 days (Fogg arrived at England one day in advance) is a challenge which bring Fogg best friends, loved wife, broadening his horizon. Supposing he was afraid to accept the bet, what would he be? Attempting another life to harvest poem and distance, you would sign how fantastic the life is.
