the great Gatsby(3)

"One night I did hear a material car there and saw its lights stop at his front steps . But I didn ' t investigate . Probably it was some final guest who had been away at the ends of the earth and didn ' t know that the party was over ." This is the words that the author says after Gatsby's death. It reads like a poem for its fantastic expression and ryhm. What impressed me most is that this story is exactly the author's own life. In other words, Gatsby is the author.That's why the story is so real and touching. All in all, I think the "great" in the title is more his attitude towards his life than his succeed and wealth.
