In chapter 5, Alice picked up a shawl accidently, and she met the White Queen when she was looking for the owner of the shawl. The White Queen felt annoyed that it took her more than two hours to get dressed and she could not pin the shawl in a right way. Alice helped the queen tidy up her clothes. Alice finally decided to buy one egg for the sheep kept asking her what did she want to buy. What is interesting is that the price of two was cheaper than one. As she was approaching to the shelf where eggs were placed, everything turned into a tree the moment she came up to it. The author’s unique imagination surprised me again!
