Chapter 2-2

Buck started his trial in wild and primordial Northland. He gradually picked up trick of stealing other dogs' food. The extra nutriment helped building building muscles and developed his body, but his morality had retrograded. The radical cause was that humans were so selfish that they regarded dogs as slaves and money-makers. Fortunately, our civilized society has relatively sound law system and survival, the law of nature does not apply to it.
