Pride and Prejudice

董梦晴

Author Jane Austen expresses her view of marriage by telling about four marriages. She has also succeeded in making the novel hailed by many readers as a "marriage textbook". In the book, the author recounts two marriages of different natures, through the tragedy of collins, Charlotte and Weiken, Lydia's loveless marriage to reflect the beauty of Darcy, Elizabeth and Bingley, Jane's ideal marriage, thus expressing the correct view of marriage and love. However, in the view of her emotional experience, the purpose of her writing is not only to pass on her concept of marriage and love to future generations, but also to make up for her own emotional regrets. The reason why it can stand out in the many star-like love novels is because it is not only a sweet article about the small love of young people, but its more important value lies in how it enlightens contemporary young people to treat marriage and life with a correct and positive attitude.
