Chinese food is a symbol of Chinese culture.The ingredients and the way of cooking delicacies express the deep culture. A bite of China is so popular that get a number of people's love.On the one hand,it's a good way to let people learn the culture of food.However,on the other hand,it also make men over-picking ingredients to make environment be destroyed. About food,the different countries have different delicaies.Maybe something,it's a culture shock.For instance，some foreigners don't understand and accept some Chinese food.They think the "special" Chinese food is a "new world",which they are so surprise after they konw it.Like "pidan"in the article.So,as a Chinese,studying the knowledge of chinese food and spreading the culture of Chinese delicacies to world to let foreigners are interested in it are important.
