Chinese food culture is a broad and profound Chinese culture with a long
history. Under the influence of the philosophy of yin, yang and five
elements in Chinese traditional culture and education, Confucian ethics
and morality, the theory of nutrition in traditional Chinese medicine,
as well as cultural and artistic achievements.Chinese food culture can
be classified from the perspectives of times and techniques, region and
economy, nationality and religion, food and utensils, consumption and
levels, folk customs and functions, showing different cultural tastes,
reflecting different use values and colorful. I think the China on the
tip of my tongue is not only a reaction to China's food culture, but
also a reflection of China's excellent traditional culture.
