Gulliver 's Travel
When I read this book at the beginning, I think it was a book of fantastic advanture which was full of magic experience. But after I read it again and again, I finally found the real meaning about the book, which is a satiric fiction of filled with fairy tale colours.
Gulliver 's Travel tells about four experiences among Lilliputain Country, Brobdingnag Country，Bird Kindom and Houyhnhnms. The sory starts with the bigggest storm when Guliver voyaged and went into lilliputain in accient. He was arrested by little people and sent to the city out of Lilliputain after he behaved humbly. Then he knowledged that Lilliputain pick up official by rope and there was a strong party struggle between high heel 's party and low heel 's party. Gulliver helped Lilliputain rebacked fifty ships but refused help them eliminate other country. Gulliver also protected the kindom from fire by pee but made them angry. They were going to arrested again. He had no choice but to ask other country for help to goback his hometown. And finally, he came back his home.
Jonathan Swift, one of the most farmous writers in Britain, writes ironically the traits of Britain at that age, which can be described with greedy，hypocrisy，factional political struggle，violence and lust. He sarcastically describes the phenomenon of inversion of man and beast where hourses become the carrier of reason but people are the lower animal who are dirty and smelly. He philosophize on human beings' nature in order to tend to squander money，which leads to be enslaved by the money. Mr. Swift not only satires the crises of Britain 's society but also criticizes the whole human being 's society. Nomo represents mankind but leading character hates it so much.
On the other hand, the most unforgettable place for the leading charater is in houyhnhnms where can 't appear the phenomenon of evil，such as deception, suspision, plot and bribery. So that their society is a really glamorous region，which is filled with hapiness and joyness in world. That is why leading character so sorrow that he shed sad tears.
Nowadays, although our society is as decadent as Britain at that time, there are some dark reality around us. Such as a thief 's small touch, littering，ruining public property, killing people and drug trafficking whenever and wherever we can notice, which is known to us.
After having read this book, I hpoe that our socirty can like houthnhnms with the struggling of generations. I 'm willing to pay fot it. Begin from myself and begin right now. Let the society have more sunshine and less pollution.
