Pride and Prejudice

Darcy's arrogance and Elizabeth's prejudice are like needles against wheat. The power of love is truly great, one putting aside arrogance, the other eliminating prejudice, breaking through the layers of class rigid barriers, overcoming obstacles and going through numerous trials and tribulations to achieve perfection. Maugham once commented, "I believe that readers have already recognized Pride and Prejudice as Austen's masterpiece, and I believe their evaluation is very accurate.". What makes a work a classic is not the praise of critics, the exposition and research of professors, or the use of it as a textbook in schools, but the pleasure, enlightenment, and profound education that generations of readers gain from reading this work. I personally believe that "Pride and Prejudice" is, overall, the most satisfactory work among all novels. " Life is never simple, we must have the courage to love in order to truly achieve happiness!
