Too much bonded over their lov

After reading this sorrowful story,I really wonder why the main characters attach that much meanings to their love.they burdened themselves so much that they seemed to be suffering from each other. I think love isn't everything.you can transform your love to another one. The earth turns smoothly without anyone.afterall love should be a happy thing.
