Reflection on How to Live Twenty-Four Hours a Day I was deeply touched
after reading How to Live Twenty-Four Hours a Day. The writer points out
that all people are given equal twenty-four hours each day, yet few of
us really know how to manage them well. Lots of people often feel
tired and anxious. They put things off, or spend too much time on
useless worries. Instead of waiting for some “perfect moment”, we should
make the most of the present hours. We can divide our day into small
parts and focus on one thing at a time. This book teaches me that the
value of life lies in how we spend our ordinary days. Time cannot be
saved or bought. I decide to form good habits, stop procrastinating, and
live every twenty-four hours with purpose
