My Brother——It's His Last
The book writes about the last case Holmes finished.
The whole content of this book is not so easy to understand at first if reader don't read the introduction first. And just like me, at first I took the villain as Holmes, it was not until he burst out with rage did I realized I made a shabilish mistake. Then the appearance of Holmes did strike me, too abrupt, without any forenotice, that I even doubted if the system was rute.
Then the story came back to the main routine, another classic case, full of excitement and question.
However, I think the most plot touching people is last several pages. Specifically, the conversation between Holmes and Wahson. I still keep the scene of two man meeting in The Shawshank Redemption inn my mind. And the scenes in this book is almost the same. Or even more touching for they would tell farewell to others not long after.
That's the true friendship.
Time going by, friends marching ahead.
For our dreams, and our youth.
