The final problem

Why Holmes did not enjoy the peace life?Why he must incur the big and dangerous problem?After reading the whole book,I get it.He said to his friend that if his record were closed to-night he could still survey it with equanimity.He hoped that the air of London is the sweeter for his presence.Therefore,he tried to cast about for the careless mistakes.But the rival is as clever as him.Professor Moriarty looked through Holmes’s plan and escaped successfully.

  As a detective,Holmes would rather offer up himself for the aspire of truth and light,for the satisfaction of beating evil and dark and for the peaceful life of people.I finally find that I read not only Holmes’s story but also the personality of Holmes.Actually,reasoning is not the core of the book but the great quality of Holmes. As a fan of Sherlock Holmes, the personality charm of Holmes revealed in the book attracted me deeply. The great spirit let Sherlock Holmes is not only a detective, his heart is beyond the life and death. This let me have a different understanding to Holmes.

  What leave me a deep impression is that whenever Holmes comes to a thrilling or dangerous situation,the first and last assistance person come to his mind is always is Watson.   In order to protect Watson from the dangerous Moriarty, Holmes choose to face Moriarty . In this case it also shows the comprehensive thinking of the great genius and the importance of his friend.

  What I want to say is that the story is very excited and tense,but i don't like the sad ending and i don't believe Holmes will die in this case.I can not forget the shocking and sad end that the most dangerous sinner and the most outstanding defender tussled and then rolled into abyss.
