  这本书的很多论点我都是非常赞同的。但是有一个观点却十分奇怪。那就是：由”政治结合的目的是为了其成员的生存与发展“这一前提得出，“假定一切情况都相等，在没有外援，没有外来移民、没有殖民地的情况下，哪个政治下的人口数量增长得最多，那个政府毫无疑问就是最好的政府。展开↓
