What can a college student learn from The Old Man and the Sea

​Although the consequence of this story was not good, I still believe that Santiago is a real hero. A hero, do not means that he is never afraid of anything, but the spirit of never-give-up though feeling scared. 

He said,“man is not made for defeat, a man can be destroyed, but not defeatded.’’ Perhaps we wish that everything can go smoothly in our daily lives, but as we know, we would come across numerous challenges and obstacles. We must be brave. We can never give up. No matter how old we are, how unlucky we are, how hard the problems are, we are expected to solve those problems bravely.

As a college student, keep it in mind: Be steel in your future lives.
