  I agree with the latter.Liu Xiang broke a 100-meter dash world record because he had been trained constantly for years. I believe good luck belongs to those who are diligent and persistent enough to create it.

  n the book Bound to Rise, Luke is a good friend and colleague of the main character Richard Hunter (Ragged Dick). Although Luke plays a supporting role in the story, he conveys some important spirit and values 1. Friendship: Luke and Richard develop a deep friendship where they support, encourage and help each other. This shows the importance of friendship, especially in the face of difficulties and pursuit of success.  2. Honesty and Integrity: Luke is an honest and upright person. He demonstrated this quality through his actions and words. This conveys the importance of honesty and integrity in achieving success and building good relationships.  3. Tenacity and struggle: Although Luke does not rise from poverty like Richard in the story, he shows tenacity and struggle. He works hard and tries his best to pursue his goals. Harry Walton achieved his dream through hard work, but Luke Harrison suffered a complete defeat. Through the story of this book, one can learn what kind of personality can achieve success and what kind of personality can destroy a person .

        Though this book we can learn many useful ideas .The road towards success is Rugged and difficult and there has various factors that affect success .Excluding differences in family conditions ，the personality also can play a significant role .Patience ,brave ,diligent ,persistence ,innovation and so on are essential .The story of Harry Walton and Luke Harrison is a good example .
