I think some concepts such as "Siheyuan" are difficult for non-Chinese readers to imagine,so the readers give picture descriptions to overcome the problem and they also match the Chinese concepts with their synonyms in English. For instance ,The outstanding feature" Siheyuan"is like "yard".The writers give detailed explains and trace the origin of culture to prevent misunderstandings as well.

刘文浩The book is very good.In my opinion,Chinese culture is a diverse and rich culture that has developed over thousands of years. It is known for its unique blend of traditional values, customs, and artistic expressions. The Chinese culture is rooted in the principles of Confucianism, which emphasizes respect for elders, a strong sense of duty, and the importance of family. These values have had a deep impact on Chinese society, influencing the way people behave and interact with each other.

肖轲轩I have just read the first few chapters of this book and have been shocked by the thoughts of ancient sages. The economic, political, ideological, and cultural reforms of the Spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period had a profound and lasting impact on the process of Chinese history. The unprecedented activity in the field of thought has given rise to various schools of thought, which are like bright lights guiding the direction of Chinese civilization. Looking forward to the follow-up content of this book.

廖旻昊It's a very interesting question. As far as I read now,all the concepts we seen have been firmly planted inside our hearts already.Although them may be familiar with us,not to our foreign friends. On the contrary,we konws a lot about Yuefei and other Chinese Classics but konws little about King Auther or Shakespeare. But,this fascinating book choose a tricky way to resolve these issues. All the well-known concepts are crystal clear explained that even amateur to them could comprehend well.
