The author believes that we should view careers as a process of learning and development, rather than a fixed goal. Schools should provide students with extensive vocational education and guidance, helping them understand different career choices and opportunities, and encouraging them to explore their interests and potential. In addition, the author emphasizes the importance of lifelong learning and continuous adaptation to change, as the job market and technology are constantly evolving. From the perspective of children, the huge waste in schools is the waste of time and energy. Children are forced to spend a lot of time on exam-oriented education and homework, while ignoring their interests and talents. In addition, the education system in schools often neglects to cultivate important qualities such as creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Therefore, the author calls for schools to pay more attention to personalized development and comprehensive quality cultivation of students. Literature plays an important role in school education. Firstly, literary works can help students improve their language expression ability and reading comprehension ability, cultivate their imagination and creativity. Secondly, literary works can enable students to understand different cultural and social backgrounds, broaden their horizons and ways of thinking. Finally, literary works can also help students develop emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills, cultivate their empathy and moral concepts. Therefore, the author believes that literature education should become an important part of school education.

7.The imagination is the medium in which the child lives. To him there is everywhere and in everything which occupies his mind and activity at all a surplusage of value and significance, The question of the relation of the school to the child' s life is at bottom simply this: Shall we ignore this native setting and tendency, dealing, not with the living child at all, but with the dead image we have erected,or shall we give it play and satisfaction ? If we once believe in life and in the life of the child, then will all the occupations and uses spoken of, then will all history and science, become instruments of appeal and materials of culture to his imagination, and through that to the richness and the orderliness of his life, Where we now see only the outward doing and the outward.8.Primary school was isolated from the kindergarten,so that it is a problem,at present, to introduce kindergarten methods into the primary school; the problem of the so-called connecting class. The difficulty is that the two are not one from the start. To get a connection the teacher has had to climb over the wall instead of entering in at the gate,I do not wish to suggest that all of the isolation, all of the separation, that has existed in the past between the different parts of the school system still persists. One must, however, recognize that they have never yet been welded into one complete whole.

7.Back of the factory system lies the household and neighborhood system. Those of us who are here today need go back only one, two, or at most three generations, to find a time when the household was practically the center in which were carried on, or about which were clustered, all the typical forms of industrial occupation. The clothing worn was for the most part made in the house; the members of the household were usually familiar also with the shearing of the sheep, the carding and spinning of the wool, and the plying of the loom.8. I will not say that at present it is a mediaeval institution, but it had its roots in the Middle Ages, and it has not outlived all mediaeval traditions regarding learning. The kindergarten, rising with the present century, was a union of the nursery and of the philosophy of Schelling;a wedding of the plays and games which the mother carried on with her children to Schelling's highly romantic and symbolic philosophy. The elements that came from the actual study of child life—the continuation of the nursery—have remained a life-bringing force in all education; the Schellingesque factors made an obstruction between it and the rest of the school system—brought about isolations.9 9. Literary works have a special role in cultivating students' ideological and moral literacy. Literary works infect students by shaping artistic images, arousing moral emotions. Literary works draw nourishment from life, select materials, and take life as their ultimate destination..

From a child's perspective, the biggest waste in school is their inability to apply what they have learned outside of school... However, on the other hand, they are also unable to apply what they have learned in school to real-life situations, which is the isolation of the school.

9.Literary education is based on excellent literary works from ancient and modern times, both domestically and internationally, with the guidance and education of teachers, enabling students to comprehensively enhance their cultural literacy in the process of Chinese language learning.

    7. By occupation is not meant any kind of “busy work” or exercises that may be given to a child in order to keep him out of mischief or idleness when seated at his desk. By occupation I mean a mode of activity on the part of the child which reproduces, or runs parallel to, some form of work carried on in social life. The fundamental point in the psychology of an occupation is that it maintains a balance between the intellectual and the practical phases of experience. As an occupation it is active or motor; it finds expression through the physical organs—the eyes, hands, etc. But it also involves continual observation of materials, and continual planning and reflection, in order that the practical or executive side may be successfully carried on. Occupation as thus conceived must, therefore, be carefully distinguished from work which educates primarily for a trade. It differs because its end is in itself; in the growth that comes from the continual interplay of ideas and their embodiment in action, not in external utility. 8.The school system, upon the whole, has grown from the top down. During the Middle Ages it was essentially a cluster of professional schools— especially law and theology. Our present university comes down to us from the Middle Ages. I will not say that at present it is a mediaeval institution, but it had its roots in the Middle Ages, and it has not outlived all mediaeval traditions regarding learning. The kindergarten, rising with the present century, was a union of the nursery and of the philosophy of Schelling; a wedding of the plays and games which the mother carried on with her children to Schelling’s highly romantic and symbolic philosophy. The elements that came from the actual study of child life—the continuation of the nursery—have remained a life-bringing force in all education; the Schellingesque factors made an obstruction between it and the rest of the school system—brought about isolations. 9. It plays the role in improving our ability and personality. It can broaden our horizon and make us become a better person.

7.Add several handicraft courses such as cooking, sewing, decoration, and carpentry to primary and secondary schools. For college students, marriage, parenting, and career selection should be compulsory courses. 8.The biggest waste in schools is when students receive an education that is detached from life. This detachment leads to a lack of interest and happiness in their studies at school, and makes them realize that what they have learned is disconnected from life and cannot solve problems in their lives after entering society. 9.Literary works have a special role in cultivating students' ideological and moral literacy. Literary works infect students by shaping artistic images, arousing moral emotions. Literary works draw nourishment from life, select materials, and take life as their ultimate destination. This indicates that they are related to social life. Literature infects and educates people by shaping images, enhances aesthetic awareness, and cultivates people's sentiments, thereby achieving the effect of education. It can be said that the process of students learning to read literary works is not only a process of appreciation and recognition, but also a process of being infected and educated. Facing the truth and falsehood, beauty and ugliness, goodness and evil expressed in literary works, combining one's own life insights and life contemplation, awaken the concept of right and wrong and moral emotions in one's heart. Literary works can cultivate students to establish a positive outlook on life, correct values, and a worldview. Literary works often resonate with readers, provide inspiration, and have a profound impact on their thoughts and behaviors, helping them correct their shortcomings, improve their personality, enhance their cultivation, and live and struggle better. The excellent Bulgarian proletarian revolutionary warrior Dimitrov once said, "I still remember that in my youth, what was in literature that left a particularly strong impression on me? What role models influenced my character? I must say directly: this is Chernyshevskyi's book 'What should I do?'" . The perseverance I developed during my time participating in the Bulgarian workers' movement, as well as the consistent perseverance, confidence, and determination I adopted in the Leipzig court, are undoubtedly related to the artworks of Chernyshevsky that I read in my youth Chernyshevsky's literary works guided Dimitrov onto the path of revolution, formed a proletarian worldview, developed a resolute character, and became a brave and tenacious fighter of the proletariat. Literary works have a special role in cultivating students' psychological qualities.
