  1.As far as I’m concerned,“Planning before going to war” is the most effective strategy,only after we make adequate preparations can we finally get success. 2.The Silk Road connected ancient China and Central Asia,West Asia,Africa and European continent.It’s an important financial hinge between China and other countries.
