  1.I thing that “Planning before going to war” is the most essential strategy among the four part.In the war footing,you should compare and analyze all factors of both sides,and extremely pay more attention in five aspects :morale,climate,terrain,commanders and rule.Everyone of them link to approval or imapproval of people.It decided whether the war should star and win victory.knowing both oneself and the enemy,then you can attack it.An expert of war does not leave anything unclearwhen declaring war and also has all sorts of methods to deal with situation.so I regard preparation as the key of war.
