浅墨未殃

了不起的盖茨比书评1

浅墨未殃
I think what the author wants to talk about is probably not a sad and beautiful love, but a broken dream, a fragmented era and restless hearts. When Nick saw gatsby for the last time, the author wrote, "The lawn and drive had been crowded with the faces of those who guessed at his corruption—and he had stood on those steps, concealing his incorruptible dream, as he waved them goodbye." In the end, he died of a dream.
